Trained at Surge Academy in setting up and optimizing social media accounts for both business and personal branding purposes. Gained essential skills in content planning, creating social media calendars, utilizing automation tools, and managing Facebook advertising through Ads Manager, boosted posts, and targeted campaigns.
As part of my training at Surge Academy, I gained comprehensive knowledge in social media management and its role in building a strong online presence for businesses. I started by learning how to create and optimize social media accounts—such as Facebook Pages and other platforms—which provided a foundational understanding of professional branding and visibility. The program covered essential strategies including social media setup and optimization, content planning, and the creation of a social media calendar to organize and schedule posts effectively.
I also explored social media automation tools, which help streamline content publishing and engagement across platforms. A significant part of the training focused on Facebook Ads for Business, where I became familiar with Ads Manager, boosted posts, advertising campaign structures, and relevant Facebook Ads applications.
These lessons taught me how to target audiences, analyze performance, and adjust ad strategies for better results. This well-rounded training gave me the skills to manage and grow a business’s social media presence in an organized, efficient, and results-driven way.
