Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 28, 2025

Thank you for choosing to work with me. I value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality services. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or booking any of my services.

1. Services Eligibility for Refund

Due to the nature of digital services, completed or in-progress work may not be eligible for a full refund. However, I offer a fair and transparent approach:
-
Virtual Assistance & Administrative Support – Refunds are not available for hours already worked. Unused hours in prepaid packages may be refunded upon request.
-
Website Design or Development – A partial refund may be granted if the project is still in its early stages and no major deliverables have been completed.
-
Project Management, Social Media, SEO, and Website Management – Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, based on work progress and contract terms.

2. Timeframe

You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment or service start, provided that no significant work has been delivered.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact me at krystallekleind@gmail.com with your project name, payment reference, and reason for your request.

4. Non-Refundable Items

-
Completed service hours or final deliverables
-
Strategy calls or consultations already conducted
-
Third-party service costs (e.g. domain purchases, premium tools)

5. Revisions & Dispute Resolution

Each project includes one (1) complimentary revision to fine-tune the final output and ensure it meets your expectations. This revision must be requested within five (5) business days of receiving the initial deliverable.

-
Additional revisions beyond the included round may incur extra fees, depending on the scope and complexity of the request.
-
Major changes that significantly alter the original scope of work will be treated as a new project and quoted separately.

If you're not satisfied after the included revision, I encourage open and respectful communication to resolve the concern. I am committed to finding a fair solution.
In cases where a mutual resolution cannot be achieved, and only after genuine effort has been made on both sides, partial refunds may be considered at my discretion — based on how much work has already been completed and the nature of the dispute.
