Managed the end-to-end setup of a farm using Notion to track tasks, timelines, and finances. Utilized WhatsApp for real-time team communication and published a live Notion site to provide stakeholders with transparent, up-to-date progress reports.
As part of my project management experience, I led the coordination of a farm establishment project from initial planning to execution. I utilized Notion to structure and track all phases of the project, including task delegation, progress monitoring, and financial tracking. This allowed for clear documentation and organized workflows. To facilitate consistent and accessible team communication, I used WhatsApp as the primary tool for group updates and collaboration.
In addition, I created a Notion page and published it as a live website, enabling stakeholders to conveniently monitor the farm’s development in real time. This system ensured transparency, improved accountability, and streamlined communication throughout the duration of the project.
